Today I sat in on a radio show called The Food Chain Radio with host Michael Olson. The show was about a lawsuit between the government and a farmer who tilled his land and disrupted waterways. The Army Corps of Engineers is suing the farmer for $2.8 billion. Is this fair? Listen to the episode to find out more….
